Our mission at MP3 Fitness is to enhance the lives of our clients through personalized health and fitness training. We believe in creating sustainable habits that fit each individual’s lifestyle to continue evolution in our health and fitness. Our objective is to educate and empower each client to integrate proper nutrition and fitness principles into their busy lives.
We help find and focus on our clients strengths. Improving strengths helps our clients find what works best for them in improving health/ performance. Many people are unable to reach their goals as they are focused on their limitations. We focus on an individual's strengths and find what they can do well to create a foundation that makes previous limitations obsolete.

At MP3 Fitness we strive for Simplicity and efficiency. There are many fad diets and misleading information in the world of health and fitness, and at MP3 Fitness we streamline the education process to give our clients the tools and information they need to succeed without unnecessary complexity. We aim to troubleshoot our clients health and fitness challenges and find ways to implement effective changes in a sustainable way. Understanding the principles in nutrition and fitness will create sustainable results that compound over time.

Hello, I am Matt Pederson, CEO of MP3 Fitness. This is me in both of the pictures above. I was an active kid growing up, playing football, basketball, golf, and many other sports. But at some point, I realized that being active did not mean I was healthy. I had asthma and had a difficult time performing physical activities at a high level. At my heaviest I weighed 335 lbs.! I realized it was time for a change… On the right is me today…
