MP3 Fitness provides personalized programs to implement effective changes to reach individual health and fitness goals. While we serve a diverse clientele base at MP3 Fitness we specialize in Weight Loss and Golf Fitness. We want to help our clients find the right balance for themselves to create sustainable results.  We provide education with implementation and guidance to find the right habits for each individual to see success.


(Client Journey)

  1. Initial Consultation. (In-Person or Zoom call) Meet you and understand your goals. Find how I can best help you.
    1. Fill out online intro questionnaires depending on client needs/ program type. 
  2. Personalized Programing-  After our consultation I find our Objective/Strategy/Tactics. 
    1. Objective- What are you trying to accomplish/ What is your Timeline?
    2. Strategy- A Personal plan to utilize tactics that benefit the individual and their objective.
    3. Tactics- The actions we can use to reach your objective?

  • How you exercise.
  • What you eat.
  • How you Sleep.
  • Ability to learn/unlearn behaviors.
  • Distress tolerance.
  • What supplements you take.
  • What drugs you take.
  • What Hormones you take. 

A personal program is built fetch client depending on their required services. (Ex. Nutrition plan+Exercise Program) (Ex. Golf Fitness program)

  • Weekly Check-ins to keep clients on track and troubleshoot changes in their program. (Ex. Weekly training session) (Ex. Zoom call Check-in)

  1. Touch Points- How we interact with clients?
    1. In-Person Training - 1-1 Training/ Group Golf Lessons.
    2. Online Programing- Nutrition/Exercise/ Golf Fitness/ Weight Loss.
    3. Subscribe to MP3 Newsletter.
    4. Social Media.
    5. Seasonal Nutrition Programs.
